Steps to Change Your IP Address:
Follow these simple steps to change your IP address:
1. Click on "Start" in the bottom left corner of your screen.
2. Click on "Run."
3. Type "command" and press "OK." This will open the MSDOS prompt.
4. Type "ipconfig /release" (without quotes) and hit "Enter."
5. Type "exit" to close the command prompt.
6. Right-click on "Network Places" or "My Network Places" on your desktop.
7. Select "Properties."
8. In the new window, you should see "Local Area Connection" (or similar). Right-click on it and click "Properties."
9. Double-click on "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" under the "General" tab.
10. Select "Use the following IP address."
11. Enter any IP address (you can make it up, like 192.168.1.1 or similar).
12. Press "Tab" and it will automatically fill in the "Subnet Mask" section.
13. Click "OK."
14. Click "OK" again to close the window.
15. Right-click on "Local Area Connection" again and select "Properties."
16. Go back to the "TCP/IP" settings.
17. This time, select "Obtain an IP address automatically."
18. Click "OK."
19. Click "OK" again to close the settings.
You now have a new IP address. With practice, this process can be completed in around 15 seconds.
Important Note:
This only changes your dynamic IP address, not your ISP IP address. Be cautious if using this method for activities like hacking, as it can be traced back if needed.
